ITSM Platform Manager – Orlando, FL
Are you passionate about ServiceNow and leading high-performing teams? We’re seeking an ITSM Platform Manager to oversee the delivery, performance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform across our enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical specialists and consultants to develop, administer, and support the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
- Define and execute the platform’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Oversee platform integrations with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage the platform’s performance, optimize workflows, and ensure technical solutions are scalable and reduce long-term technical debt.
- Act as the primary liaison between the platform team and business stakeholders, facilitating governance discussions and fostering collaboration.
- Provide training and support to drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, workflows, and API integrations.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and partnering with Managed Services Providers.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and ITIL are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow frameworks, including CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
